Googling your way through hundreds of Pinterest boards, wedding blogs, and outdated forum posts doesn’t exactly give you a clear, straightforward answer. And while ChatGPT can nowadays give you some realistic insights, it still doesn’t provide the real-time information that you are looking for.

Even though we are still developing the budget skills throughout the years as prices change based on supply and demand, we’ll do our very best to give you an honest, transparent breakdown of what to expect when budgeting your dream wedding in Ibiza.

Your Ibiza Wedding Budget – A Step-by-Step Breakdown 

Here’s a clear overview of the typical costs you can expect when getting married in Ibiza, with honest price indications based on our experiences from the local market in 2024 and 2025. Keep in mind that prices can vary depending on the month, location, guest count, and level of luxury you’re aiming for, but this will give you a solid base to start from.

Venue Rental

Not only the highest cost on your budget but also the first and most important step of the planning process; your wedding venue. Ibiza offers countless breathtaking options: from rustic fincas in the hills to luxury beach clubs, private villas with sea views and full-service hotels that can be hired exclusively for your celebration. Here are some rough indications (highly dependent on guest numbers and whether accommodation is included):

• Day time rental of a Beach Club or Wedding Day Venue: €3.000 – €15.000 (usually one-day rental and no accommodations included), some work with a minimum spend on Food & Beverage. 

• Private Villa, Finca or Boutique Hotel: €8.000 – 30.000 (for exclusive use for the day and possibly some rooms included). There is a huge variety in this possible, so this depends on your budget. 

• Private Villa, Finca or Boutique Hotel incl overnight stay: €25.000 - €60.000 (often with a minimum of 2 or 3 nights for accommodation)

• Premium luxury hotel or villa: €60.000+ (for exclusive use for the day including rooms)

Important note: Some venues include furniture, lighting, or staff while others don’t. This can have a big impact on your overall budget – so we always check this carefully for you.

Accommodation

Whether or not you cover guest accommodation is entirely up to you. Some couples choose to host everyone in one beautiful villa, while others prefer to recommend hotels we collaborate with so guests can easily book themselves. There are many different options. And we help you to discover what works best for you, your guests and your budget.

• Private Villa (for 3–5 nights): €5.000 – €25.000

• Luxury Villas (usually require min of 7 nights): €25.000+

• Boutique Hotel Buy-Out: €8.000 – €30.000 per night 

• Guest Accommodation (per person): €100 – €400 per night

Accommodation prices in Ibiza vary greatly depending on season, location, and timing, but these ranges give you a good idea.

Catering & Drinks

Food and drinks are a big part of the experience and luckily Ibiza has excellent caterers offering everything from laid-back BBQs to five-course fine dining: 

• Average price per guest (food & drinks): €220 – €350+

  • Cocktail Reception

  • 3 to 5-course dinner or buffet

  • Midnight snack

  • Open bar for 3 hours incl house wine package, beer and mixers

Styling & Decoration

This usually includes tablescapes, ceremony setup, lounge areas, lighting, signage and overall atmosphere.

• Styling & Rentals: €2.000 – €7.000 (depending on your style and guest count)

• Custom Builds or High-End Styling: €10.000+

We work with amazing local suppliers who can create thousands of different setups. And good to know. We don’t offer standard packages. We do everything fully customized as we believe no wedding is or can’t be the same. The good thing; the prices often includes set-up, break-down and transportation. 

Flowers

Think bridal bouquet, ceremony arch, table florals, aisle decor – and maybe even a floral ceiling or statement piece.

• Basic Floral Package: €3.000 – €5.000

• Luxe Floral Designs: €6.000 – €12.000+

Please be aware we are on an island and although some flowers are locally produced, the costs can fluctuate depending on seasonality and flower type. We work with amazing partners that have all the expertise to advise you and create the most beautiful arrangements based on your wishes. 

Music & Entertainment

From live acoustic duos during the ceremony to Ibiza-style DJs that’ll keep the dance floor buzzing all night. Ibiza is full of talented performers, so you can truly create a magical music experience.

• Ceremony/Reception Musician: €500 – €1.500

• Live Band or Show Acts island based: €2.500 – €6.000+

• DJ (excl equipment): €1.200 – €2.500+

• Live band coming from abroad: €10.000 – €20.000

Sound, Light & Technical Equipment

Depending on your venue and vision, you might need professional sound systems, stage lighting, generators or even dance floors. 

• Basic Setup (sound & lights): €2.000 – €4.000

• Full Production (including stage, tech team): €4.000 – €8.000+

Note: External venues (so other than a specific wedding or event venue) often require extra technical support due to wind, uneven ground or lack of power.

Keep in mind: outside venues in Ibiza do not allow music after midnight. But don’t worry, we know the ones where the party could continue indoors! 

Transport

Especially when hosting in a remote finca or beach location, organizing transport for guests is key. We always recommend limiting guest accommodation to a maximum of 3–4 locations to keep transport costs manageable.

You could also suggest your guests to hire their own rental car, however we do suggest that transport during the wedding day is highly recommended, to make sure everyone arrives on time and without any worries. 

• Guest Transport (buses, vans): €1.000 – €5.000+

• VIP Transport or Wedding Car: €300 – €1.000+

Letting your guests arrive comfortably and safely = happy vibes all around.

Wedding Planner Fees

A full-service wedding planner is your guide, producer, negotiator and stress-reducer-in-chief. We take care of everything so you can relax and actually enjoy your wedding.

• Basic planning package: €1.500 - €3.000 (usually entails a wedding day coordination only) 

• Standard wedding planning service: €3.000 - €9.000+ (depends on your wishes and the hours of work expected)

• Full service planning: €9.500+ (includes: venue scouting, full vendor management, timeline creation, styling advice, budget control, coordination on the day (with 2 planners), and unlimited love & support.

Please note: at About Summer Ibiza we strive for the highest level of quality and service. Hence, we strongly believe that full service planning would be the best choice, as we feel that wedding planning is something that should be done without any limits. That’s also why we only take a limited number of weddings per season so we can give each couple the attention they truly deserve.

Here’s a rough estimation to help you calculate the cost per person based on the size and style of your wedding:
