How do we work?

After an initial call with us where we take the time to understand your companies goals and team.

Together we will discuss which type of activities would inspire your team the most and what you find important.

If we know when you would like to come and how much budget is available, we can start with a concept program and offer you optional hotels and flights. Once confirmed, we will be in frequent contact to finalise the program, work on all the details and book everything officially in.

From the moment you have landed on the island we welcome you with open arms and guide you at every part of the program. We guide you to the buses, ensure you'll have the best tables at the restaurants, beach clubs and night clubs and support you every part of the program. You can fully enjoy your time with the team and will be completely carefree.

Realistic budget

There are various factors that influence the budget for your business trip. Flights and accomodation are generally more attractive at the beginning and end of the season. Months we recommend are: April, May, June, September, October and even November. The temperatures are ideal to stay active and explore the island. The level of comfort of the hotels depends on the budget available. Hotels often cost between 200-600 euros for a double room per night, flights are available in different ranges as well depending on the airport of departure and the time slots. Therefore we recommend to have a budget from 1250 euros a head to have a good experience. But depending on your wishes we can fully adjust it to your needs.
