Travel & Accommocation

We'll find the perfect accommodation for your team to sleep, eat, relax and have fun. From a glamping to a villa or boutique hotel.

Group flight management: we plan your trip to Spain or the Balearic Islands and manage the number of tickets. and add the names closer to the date to give you more flexibility with who's joining the trip.
Bespoke program

We create a tailored program matching your goals and boost the team spirit.

The option to select from multiple activities: teambuilding, inspiring workshops, active elements, food experiences, exploring tours to recharging on sun beds or partying.

We can extend your brand identity into the experience or a particular event.
Budget management

After 1 or 2 meetings we'll have a clearer idea of your budget and your wishes. From then onwards we'll work out a full program with budget indication.

Once approved we'll continue managing your budget and keep you updated on payment terms.

Transport and logistics

As mentioned above, we can manage your flight tickets and add the names close to de date of departure for more flexibility.

Once you arrive we'll take care of all the logistics and book transfers from the beginning till you return at the airport. We'll make sure you have nothing to worry about.
Event execution

Prior and during your stay we're there to support you and guide you. We will ensure everything runs smooth and according to the planning we have created.

Our rates

Price indication
The wedding venue, size of the wedding, days of activities are all affecting the price, therefore you will always receive a customized proposal from us after the introduction call. In order to benefit from our expertise and from the extensive network we have gained, we require an average investment between 5000 - 8500 euros
incl. 21% tax.
