Venue Scouting
We’ll help you find a venue that fits the number of guests, has the atmosphere you like and matches your budget. We know the hidden gems, the iconic venues and most beautiful villas and restaurants.
We highly recommend booking a venue through us, as we can give you a clear idea of what to expect. We share our experience working at each location and advise you on what is included and what may need to be rented separately.
This helps avoid any unexpected costs.
Couple Guidance
We take the time to understand your vision, values, and cultural background, and translate them into a creative concept for your wedding.
We stay closely connected through regular calls and emails, do tastings and site visits together, and will be your trusted point of contact for any questions along the way.

Supplier Research
Because we have been based on the island for 11 years, we have worked with almost all local suppliers. Once we understand your wishes, we can match you with the perfect team to bring them to life. We carefully select professionals who deliver outstanding service and truly stand by what they promise.
Administration
The (not so) fun part. We respect your budget, keep track of it and make sure you know what’s paid and what’s pending to pay. We’re your wedding accountant.
Concept Creation
From the table decor to the music, from the flowers to the personalised details. From the printwork to the timeline, we are there to create a magical experience that all couples and guests will remember forever.
Hospitality
We are the main point of contact for your guests. We assist them with hotel recommendations, transport arrangements, or finding the perfect villa. We manage RSVPs, dietary requirements, and any special needs. Our hospitality begins long before the wedding day and continues until every guest has safely returned to their accommodation at the end of the celebration.
Weather prepared
From extremely hot summer days to a thunderstorm. Believe it or not, we’ve had it all. We anticipate far ahead. We take care of extra water, fans and paper parasols. In case of rain we arrange tents, umbrellas and update the timeline accordingly.
We have even moved an entire wedding to the following day to avoid the rain. We always have not just a Plan B, C or D, but even Plan E ready if needed.

Behind the scenes, we are constantly moving, running when needed, changing shoes to keep going, and often forgetting to sit down. While remaining in the background, we coordinate all suppliers and oversee every detail, always noticing where extra attention may be needed.
